"Pretty reliable, but shipping could be faster"
I’ve ordered from supply.co a few times now, and everything has shown up fine and exactly what I expected. The products seem legit, and I do feel like they’re a trustworthy company. My only thing is the shipping is kind of slow. Not terrible, just slow. They do send updates, which helps, but I still kept wishing it would move a little faster. Overall I’d order again, I just really wish the delivery wasn’t so slow every time

I was expecting a little more, honestly. The quality was okay, but it kind of felt like it might’ve been rushed or just not given much attention to detail. Not terrible, but definitely could be better

I tried returning my order it was way more of a headache than it needed to be. Customer support took forever to respond, and when they did, the replies were super short and not very helpful. What annoyed me most was that there was basically no follow-up at all, I had to keep reaching out just to find out what was going on with my refund. It finally came through, but it took longer than they originally said. The product itself wasn’t terrible, but the whole return experience really put me off ordering again.

I wanted to like this, especially since I’m careful about spending money on skincare, but it ended up irritating my skin. It seemed okay at first, but after using it I noticed some redness and discomfort, so I probably wouldn’t buy it again

I picked this up a few weeks ago and it’s been decent overall. At first I thought it seemed good, but after using it for a while, I don’t feel like the value totally matches the price. It’s not bad by any means, just a little more expensive than I’d expect for what you get

"Handle feels kinda awkward"
The razor works fine overall, no real complaints there. But the handle feels a little slippery and kinda weird to hold when my hands are wet. I keep feeling like it might slip outta my hand, which is a bit annoying tbh.

"Comfortable shave, and it feels like a better choice"
I’ve been using the supply razor for a few weeks now, and overall I’m happy with it. The shave feels comfortable, especially on my neck, where I used to get a lot more burning with my old cartridge razor. It did take me a couple of shaves to figure out the right angle, and I still don’t get it absolutely perfect around my chin every time. But I like that it feels like a more thoughtful, less wasteful choice compared to constantly tossing cartridges. Solid 4 stars from me.

"Looks good, but be careful with nicks"
I really wanted to like this razor because it looks nice, but it kept nicking me way too much. I even tried going extra slow and gave it a few weeks, but the cuts still kept happening. It’s not the worst razor ever, but if you have sensitive skin or tend to nick easily, I’d be careful with this one

"The razor itself is fine, but swapping..."
The razor itself is fine, but swapping the blade has been way more annoying than I expected. It doesn’t slide in smoothly like it seems to in the instructions, and a couple times it got stuck enough that I felt like I was practically begging it to cooperate. Maybe there’s some trick I’m missing, but it feels too fiddly for something that should be quick and simple, and I’m starting to resent dealing with it every time.

I started using this for ingrown hairs and it actually has helped. I’m getting way fewer bumps now, though it’s not totally perfect. Still, I’m happy with the improvement

The shave was fine overall, but honestly... it didn’t get as close as I was hoping. I had to go back over a few spots a second time, which was a little frustrating.

I was disappointed with this shaving cream. It didn’t really lather up much, and my razor kept dragging instead of gliding smoothly. The scent was fine, nothing special, but the actual shave felt rough and uncomfortable. i expected better, and for me, it’s not worth buying again

"Heads up: it showed up quicker than expected"
Ordered from supply.co and just a warning to anyone who thinks they have a full week to wait around, mine got here way faster than I expected. I figured it would take about a week, but it showed up in just a few days. No problems with the order at all, so I’m happy with how it went.

"Clean look, so far so good"
I picked up the supply razor mainly because I liked how simple it looked. I’m not exactly an expert on razors or anything, but the clean metal design just appealed to me more than the usual plastic ones.

It feels solid in the hand, maybe a little heavier than I expected, but not in a bad way. It also looks nice sitting by the sink, which I didn’t really think I’d care about until I had it there.
I’ve only had it for a short time, so I can’t really say how it’ll hold up long term, but first impressions are good. Design-wise, it feels like someone actually put some thought into it.

At first, I felt like I had been dropped into the middle of a puzzle with no map. It was a bit confusing in the beginning, but after spending a little time with it, things started to click. Definitely takes a minute to learn, but it gets better once you get the hang of it.

"Decent at first, but didn’t stay sharp"
I wanted to like these blades because the first shave was actually smooth and comfortable. Unfortunately, that didn’t last long. By the second shave they already felt dull and started tugging more than I expected. They’re not the worst blades I’ve used, but for the price, I was hoping they’d hold their sharpness a lot better.

"Easy site to use, honestly smooth"
I found the supply.co website really easy to use. The pages loaded quickly, and I didn’t have to spend forever clicking around to find what I needed. Checkout was straightforward too, which I always appreciate. To be fair, I don’t have much to complain about here, it was just a smooth, simple experience overall.

I’ve been using this razor handle every day for about a year now, and it still feels really solid. No loosening or cheap feeling at all. If you’re looking for something that holds up over time, I’d definitely recommend it.

"Flexible subscription, but a little annoying"
I do like that it’s easy to pause the subscription. Super helpful when I don’t need it for a bit. But making changes still feels kind of clunky. Not terrible, just a little more annoying than it should be
